From and To is a new exhibition by artist Laura Eldret and the people of West Dorset exploring and celebrating ideas of creative freedom.

The gallery walls will be dedicated to an evolving display of forms of ‘creative freedoms’ shared by members of the local community: everything is welcomed from drawings to song lyrics, rock climbing routes to hazel hurdles. Laura’s own work will be an installation of a 10+ metre-long curtain snaking across the gallery.

The exhibition will also offer people the opportunity to use the gallery as an open creative space for their own creative activities. There will be a community ‘honesty shop’, spaces for conversation and meetings, and opportunities to create and play.
