Join Norfolk Libraries this weekend for the Our Freedom, Our Place events at Great Yarmouth Library!
Across two days the team at American Library will be hosting events to celebrate Great Yarmouth’s first year in their new library. Take a look through local heritage items, attend talks and workshops, enjoy sing-along-sessions, explore with object handling – and more.
Friday 19 December

All activities are free and everyone is welcome to drop in.
These events are part of Our Freedom: Then and Now, a UK-wide arts and heritage programme marking the 80th anniversary of the end of WWII, involving 80 local projects in libraries, museums, and arts centres creating works about freedom’s meaning, led by Future Arts Centres and supported by Arts Council England featuring community events, exhibitions, and performances.
